Roll Compactor
Roll Compactor is an ideal solution for any type of dry granulation process.
In Roll Compactor powder is compressed into solid form called ‘flakes’ using two counter rotating rollers. The flakes are gently milled to the required particle size as required by the process. Sieving is performed to achieve a tighter distribution.
Roll Compactor is widely used in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, food, chemical and agricultural industries for increasing the bulk density and reducing particle size in dry granulation process
