Double Cone blender
This blender offers efficient mixing with baffles, a discharge butterfly valve, safety interlock railing, ACVFD variable speed, and optional PLC-based operation and flameproof motor for enhanced safety and control.
Lab Scale: up to 31.5 kg/batch
Pilot Scale: up to 252 kg/batch
Commercial Scale: up to 1,680 kg/batch
Salient Features
- In compliance with CGMP Guidelines.
- All contact parts are made of SS 316 (SS 316L on request)
- Entire working area is protected by a railing with interlock
- The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing
- Manual butterfly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge
- Hole with openable cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning
- One shaft with 03 nos. of fixed baffles with mirror polished provided inside the cone
- Simple design requires minimum maintenance
- Speed control through ACVFD
