The plant meets cGMP standards with SS316 contact parts, mirror and matt finishes, efficient agitation, leak-proof operation, precise control instruments, tri-clover joints, homogenizer, CIP connectivity, and safe, hygienic processing design.

Commercial Scale: up to 5,000 L/batch
Salient Features
- The plant conforms to cGMP standards
- Product contact parts of entire plant are made of SS 316
- All internal surfaces are mirror finished
- External surface of all vessels are matt finished
- Electro polished piping for entire plant
- Rigid stairs and walkable platform for operational use
- Centralized operating panel
- All vessels are designed for 100% drain with flush bottom valves
- Necessary temperature indicators, controllers and timers are used for process control
- Bottom entry propeller type agitators to ensure effective agitation of entire mass
- Water cooled double mechanical seals are used for leak proof operation
- All piping joints and other connections are tri-clover type to provide quick openability
- High shear inline homogenizer with mixing vessel for homogeneous mixing of suspensions
- Necessary pressure gauges, safety valves and air vents are provided on all vessels
- Thermodynamic steam trap on jackets (in steam jacketed option)
- Provision of connecting CIP system
