Conventional Coating Pan
The coating pan, made of SS 316 with a 45° semi-ellipsoidal design, ensures efficient tablet coating through mirror finish, fixed baffles, AVCFD rotation control, hot air blower, and precise spray system.
Pilot Scale: up to 20 kg/batch
Commercial Scale: up to 250 kg/batch

- The coating pan is smoothly mirror finished from inside & outside

- PAN rotation controlled through AVCFD
- In-built hot air blower for inlet air
- Spraying system consist of spray arm assembly with spray gun and peristaltic pump for uniform spray
